Leading Design Thinking Process

marchofdimes.org/volunteer

Our team realized that it was hard to find overall information and share volunteers’ stories with potential volunteers. We merged scattered information into a landing page to provide a centralized place to enhance user engagement. As a result, we were able to connect our volunteers and the program more effectively. I collaborated with the volunteer team on ideation and content flow as well as introduced ‘Design thinking process’ which involves the process of wireframing with a prototype that optimized the time and budget and maximized our resources. Stakeholders were satisfied and on board with the process.
